Room parents are to communicate with teachers in advance of each party to allow for input and concurrence of party plans.
Set up for parties is 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time.
The Thanksgiving Fest will be held on November 19th. Room Parents will provide desserts and deliver them to the parish hall on the morning of the 19th.
